Get involved

There are many ways to get more involved in with MacArts. Just buying a ticket and coming to an event is the easiest way but there are many other ways to be a part of it!

Volunteer with us
The Trust is passionate about MacArts and is determined to see the project succeed. We have achieved much in getting this far, but a project of this scale requires considerable additional support.

If you would like to be involved with this exciting project and are willing to volunteer your labour or expertise please contact MacArts by phone or email. [email protected]

Get on stage at MacArts
We are committed to supporting local talent so if you want to perform at MacArts then let us know. Are you in a band, a theatre group, a poet or an aspiring comedian?
Be part of a community of home-grown talent and let us know what you have to offer.
Remember we can get a number of approaches every day so:
Always send footage of you performing (Mobile phone footage is fine) links to recorded music are ok but doesn't show us what a performance looks like.
If you want a headline slot - we are a 300 capacity venue so we want to hear about other headline shows you have performed.
If you want a support slot - as well as sending footage and information about the band, tell us where you are based (A performer from Manchester is unlikely to want a 15 min opening slot on a Wed night )
If you want to join an incubator show - (14-24 playing on a line up with other young performers in the early part of their career) Phone footage from rehearsals is all we need along with info about the band.
If emailing is easier use [email protected]
