Parking and drop off
We have space in front of the building for step free access to the building. There is blue badge parking close by.
Ramps
MacArts is fully ramped throughout and entry to the building is to the left of the main door. We would like to make the access to the stage ramped as well but that's a bit more complicated.
Toilets
MacArts has a single accessible toilet.
Viewing platform
For standing events we have a seated viewing platform for anyone that needs it. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis, so please contact us in advance to ensure we can fit everyone in safely.
Free entry for carers
We operate a carers go free system for our own shows. On occasion, some promoters do not allow us to offer this option at their events, so please contact us direct for more details.
Deaf and hearing loss access
Hearing Dogs are welcome at MacArts. We have a hearing loop in the main auditorium.
Visually impaired access
Guide dogs, and assistance dogs are welcome at MacArts. Although keep in mind they will be exposed to potentially loud music
