Friends in Harmony had a brush with fame where they appeared on Series 14 episode 23 off Opportunity knocks. They were beaten into second place by Lena Zavaroni who was making her first first appearance where she sang “Ma! (He’s Making Eyes At Me)”. Other contestants on the show included Brian Aherne, The Frank and Peggy Spencer Formation Dancers and Johnny Douglas."
